Redditch has a direct train line into Birmingham New Street, so the studio is an easy trip. Birmingham Tattoo College teaches in small groups on real skin, under supervision, in a licensed city-centre studio.
Students travel to us from Redditch and the surrounding areas, from Studley and Astwood Bank to Headless Cross and Alvechurch. You can take the full 10-day diploma or a short fine line course and travel in each day.

Travelling from Redditch to Birmingham
By train or tram
around 30 minutes by direct train from Redditch into Birmingham New Street. Birmingham New Street is one of Birmingham's best-connected stations and the studio is a few minutes away.
By road
about 30-45 minutes by road via the A441 or M42 depending on traffic. In practice the Metro or a train is usually faster than driving into Birmingham.
By bus or coach
regular bus routes connect Redditch with Birmingham city centre, dropping you close to the studio.
Redditch is close enough for a daily commute; most local students travel in by train each morning rather than staying over.
