Tamworth has fast trains into Birmingham New Street, so real, structured tattoo training is well within reach. Birmingham Tattoo College teaches in small, supervised groups with tutors who tattoo for a living.
Students travel to us from across the Tamworth area, from Fazeley and Polesworth to Wilnecote and Kingsbury. You can take the full 10-day diploma or a short fine line course and be home the same evening.

By train or tram
around 15 minutes by fast train from Tamworth into Birmingham New Street. Birmingham New Street is one of Birmingham's best-connected stations and the studio is a few minutes away.
By road
about 30-45 minutes by road via the A453 or M42 depending on traffic. In practice the Metro or a train is usually faster than driving into Birmingham.
By bus or coach
regular bus routes connect Tamworth with Birmingham city centre, dropping you close to the studio.
Tamworth is close enough for a daily commute; most local students travel in by train each morning rather than staying over.
