Stourbridge connects into Birmingham New Street by rail, so the studio is an easy trip. Birmingham Tattoo College teaches in small groups on real skin, under working artists, in a licensed city-centre studio.
We welcome students from across Stourbridge and nearby towns, from Wollaston and Amblecote to Lye and Wordsley. You can take the full 10-day diploma or a short fine line course and travel in each day.

Travelling from Stourbridge to Birmingham
By train or tram
around 30 minutes by train from Stourbridge into Birmingham New Street. Birmingham New Street is one of Birmingham's best-connected stations and the studio is a few minutes away.
By road
about 30-45 minutes by road via the A491 or A456 depending on traffic. In practice the Metro or a train is usually faster than driving into Birmingham.
By bus or coach
regular bus routes connect Stourbridge with Birmingham city centre, dropping you close to the studio.
Stourbridge is close enough for a daily commute; most local students travel in on the train rather than staying over.
